Christmas Day 2011

Happy Chinese New Year! Hope everyone is enjoying the super long weekend :) Anyway, talking about festivities, Christmas last year was pretty much our normal routine, except for the fact that Wallace's grandma got baptised! Praise God :) It's really amazing how she went from being quite a staunch buddhist (she'd go to temples to worship) to being a believer in Christ a few years ago and even getting baptized. So happy for her! :)


I think she probably had the most supporters who came down to support her!

After that we drove to his family friend's place for the usual Christmas lunch, and then back to my place for dinner with my extended family.



It's been a long time since we last took a big group shot like this!






Shawn and Meg. Abbie and I got Meg the gingy cushion from USS for her Christmas present :)



And what did Wallace give me for Christmas? Well among other things, he gave me this set of Tiffany gifts :) (posted these on the wedding blog as well)



I've never watched it before, so he got me the blu-ray.

And last but not least, this. (No, it's not jewellry)



It's an old but untouched Tiffany Wedding Journal, to record down all the details of our engagement, wedding, honeymoon etc. I haven't started filling it up but I sure intend to! :)



So that was pretty much my Christmas last year (belated I know). So yes moving on, I'm looking forward to CNY and all it's goodies + ang baos! I should really control myself though, don't want to put on more weight :P
