Finally here :)

So I finally arrived in Brisbane this morning! Didn't get much sleep on the plane, but I'm thankful that I'm here with Wallace. I'm so glad that school's out and I survived 10 weeks of hard, hard work that is dental school. This, I feel, is a well deserved break and I'm really just going to chill, relax and have fun.

Today we had yummy fish and chips at A Salt & Battery, and then a BBQ gathering in the evening at Ben and Faith's house. Had a good time catching up and chilling with them and the rest of the guys who are graduating this year, as well as spend time with Ben and Faith's daughters Stacy and Maia, whom I've mentioned before several times :) They're absolutely adorable, and today they were super duper friendly to Wallace, after Wallace gave Maia a lion stuffed toy, which she named Joanne. They kept talking to him and calling him Uncle Wally! They usually don't talk much to him, but they were in a really good mood today. Haha. Maia especially has grown up alot since the last time I saw her in June this year, she's articulating her words very well.

Anyways, going to get a good night's rest now, but I'll be updating again soon! :)
