the sun, the sea, and the wake.





wakeboarding was on thursday! :D :D :D with ge, darren and elvine. my second time, and now i can cross both the toe-side and heel-side wakes. but i can only go back in on the heel-side wake. :( well, improvement from the last time! haha. definitely. at first i couldn't even cross the toe-side wake! i was going down over and over again. bang here, bang there. i guess my system must've been saturated with seawater man. haha. i got kinda blurred-out after that. lol.

after wakeboarding i met phoebs for our haircut! hahaha man it was so funny cos they use a machine to wash your hair, and it really gives you the chills! down to your toes man! lol. after that went to church for worship.


friday phoebs and i were supposed to go to Chinese Garden in the morning but her mum didn't allow. so we went to Botanical Gardens instead. haha. talked awhile, then went to orchard to shop! met ge and his colleague for lunch. went with phoebs to her church worship thing after that. 2 and a half hours of worship was shiok! the bassist and lead guitarist are MAD. :D


sunday was combined service. GO FOR OIKOS EVERYONE!!!

sunday was a pretty good day. during service they screened the mission trip vid! man, that brings back so many happy memories. wish we could go back again soon!

after service was ichthus 4 debrief. i think it went quite well, and it left a good feeling inside of me. :)

after soccer we went to andrew's house for dinner. you guys, are really having fun with all the teasing huh.


monday. went to the optician. jon zhang's parents' shop. uncle david checked my eyes and my degree's gone up! :( went rollarblading downstairs for 45 minutes. :) had bio tuition with ge at night, but he didn't teach anything cos of the essay he needed to write so i self-studied. haha. now i've got a huge "Da Ge Is Proud!" on the front of my bio test. lol.


pastor chiang called me today! i wrote him a note the other time, inviting him to come for Ichthus 4. shern (who's in aldersgate) passed it to him for me. then today he called and i was still in bed! he said he misplaced the note and only found it yesterday. haha then he asked me why i sounded so sleepy, then he found out i was still sleeping. hahaha so he said we'd talk another time. so then later in the afternoon i called him back and i was like "sorry sorry this morning when you called i wasn't awake yet..." then he was like "you sleepyhead! it was 10.30 and you were still in bed!" hahaha! man really miss him. so we arranged to have tea tmr! inviting a few others to join us. :) :) :)


wahahaha..... trying to finish all the holiday hw by tmr! so i can enjoy myself after that. doubt i can but oh well! :P i just saw this today:

Ichthus 4. turn up was a bit disappointing, but we had lots of fun nonetheless. thanks be to God for His wonderful love, strength, guidance, mercy, presence, grace (and the list goes on)!

so on saturday reached church at around 2 for ichthus. prepped, and started at like 4.40. due to the lack of ppl, we impromtu-ed and reduced the original 6 groups to 3 groups. games went alright, just that i felt they were a bit disorganised att some parts. i had fun snapping away on edmond's cool camera! haha he said my shots had pretty good angles and composition, other than it being slightly under exposed. haha, coolios. :) Chubby Bunny was hilarious! we had extra marshmallows so i took a pack home. :P i am not biased. i am not biased. i am not biased. so it was fair that group 3 was penalised during the raffia game right! hahaha. worship was pretty good. just that i couldn't really hear myself play since the amp was in front of the keyboard. unfortunately, to end on time pastor gabriel had a short sermon. i would've been glad to listen to more actually! haha.


after ichthus was dinner at BK. after that went to meet up with ge, elvine and his gf lynn for supper. we went to Villa Bali, where the ambience is just the best. i didn't eat but had a drink. and came home at 1.30. oops i shan't say more. :P


sunday after lg we went to prat, and ended up entering service halfway through worship. :( so sad we missed the beginning. oh well. after service we went for lunch at sim lim and then to lido to watch Big Momma 2 with ge, gloria, joce, jon, kegan, andrew, randall, brian. hahaha. it got me laughing, but it wasn't fantastic. after the movie went home with ge. and STUDIED.


i'm going to fail chinese test. i'm positive. geog test today was so-so. not that great. and we finally presented chinese today. the video! FUNNY! hahaha. well i'm glad everything's over. much more relieved now. :)


oh shoot but progress report comes tomorrow! :(

hectic week. the tests were so-so. i hope i do better for bio and physics this time round. finally done the chinese powerpoint. presentation next week!


we saw our ca1 marks to check.
and mine are utterly depressing.
i feel so dejected.


on a lighter note, mrs tee's really cute. tee (tea) time is quite enjoyable. she baked brownies for us on monday. :)


contrastingly, jtay's been unusually hyper and mood-swingy. he was singing in lab last week. this week he did ballet, spoke in his fake accents, made this incredibly HILARIOUS face at linette, and asked mich whether she had tits. what in the freakin world. we could report him you know. and we're not even at human reproduction yet.


i think i'm gonna have to go home early on sunday again. tests. homework. :(
